Coleslaw with Raisins and Walnuts
Serves 4
225g (8 oz) white cabbage, finely shredded
3 small carrots, coarsely grated
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tsp French mustard
1 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper
1 Tbsp raisins
1 Tbsp walnuts, chopped
Toss the cabbage and carrots together in a bowl. Mix the mayonnaise with
all the remaining ingredients and, using your hands, combine it with the
cabbage and carrots.
