Meg's Coleslaw
1 head cabbage, very thinly sliced (or 1 bag angel-cut cole slaw)
2 Tbsp kosher salt
3/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
pepper to taste
Combine the cabbage and kosher salt, rubbing mixture together with your fingers.
Let stand 20-30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, adjusting seasoning to your
taste. Chill about 30 minutes.
