12 c Shredded cabbage med head
1 Green pepper,chopped
1 Red onion,med chopped
2 Carrots shredded
1 c Sugar

2 ts Sugar
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Cellery seeds
1 ts Salt
1 c Vinegar
3/4 c Vegetable oil
In a large bowl mix the first 4 ingredients, sprinkle with sugar
and set aside. In a saucepan,combine dressing ingredients and bring
to a boil. Remove from the heat and pour over the vegetables,
stirring to cover evenly. Cover and refrigerate over night. Stir
well before serving
