I still prefer Mom's Easter recipe. Bake a cake in two round pans. Stack the layers and cut them a little beyond the halfway point. Stand the larger piece on edge -- This is the bunny's body. Take the smaller piece and cut a small piece from one end for the tail and a larger piece for the head. Stand these on edge next to the big piece. Slather on white frosting and loads of white coconut. Now take more coconut and put it in a shaker with some green food coloring. Surround the bunny with this "grass" and then hide some jelly beans and foil-wrapped chocolate eggs in the "grass". Then cut some bunny ears out of index cards, and stick jelly beans in for eyes and ears.
