Greek Salad Dressing
1 tablespoon minced fresh dill leaves
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley leaves
1 tablespoon minced fresh thyme leaves
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon (kosher) salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1 1/2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
Sugar to taste.
Mix everything together except oil and sugar.
Slowly whisk in the oil.
Season with sugar to taste.
