Lamb and kidney beans


I found this in a cookbook I had for years and tried last week. It 
sounds really strange but it wasn't bad and even the kids (ages 4 and 9),
ate it.


Lamb and kidney beans

16 oz can kidney beans
29 oz (?) can stewed tomatoes
2 cps leftover lamb cubed (from roast leg)
salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingrediants and simmer uncovered for 45 mins to an hour, to 
reduce liquid. Serve over steamed rice.
