Lobster Bisque
2 cans green pea soup
2 cans tomato soup or tomato bisque soup
1 can milk (soup can filled with milk)
2 cup light cream
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
15 oz. lobster meat or sea legs, cut in bite-size pieces
1/3 cup sherry (optional)
Combine all ingredients (except fish and sherry). Beat
until blended well. Add fish and sherry. Heat thoroughly.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
