Taco Sauce

1 Green Bell Pepper chopped
2 large Onions Chopped finely
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons garlic minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup tomato sauce
3 tablespoons catsup
2 tablespoons McIlhenny Tabasco Sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon Oregano
 
Put onions and green peppers in a 2 quart sauce pan and steam until soft ... add other stuff and simmer for at least 20 minutes. Use hot or cold.. store chilled
 
And Greeting to all of you, from Snowy Minnesota where it is considered more normal to walk to the middle of the lake than it is to use a boat.
